A highly experienced property investment professional David has been at the forefront of the Short Stay sector since 2016. Having developed an extensive professional contact base, David drives new project development and oversees the efficient running of River’s core business.

A qualified Building Surveyor, Matt has spent over ten years managing and quantifying residential investment opportunities within both the Short Stay and HMO market sectors. Matt has specific responsibility for project evaluation, operational management and forward planning.
