By converting space from the existing Living Room area, the intended design scheme creates an additional en-suite bathroom to the ground floor area and also remodels the additional Bathroom to create two well proportioned ‘Bedroom Suites’ and a newly formed WC. Relevant Planning guidance is being sought in order to explore the use of the external garden space as a third Bedroom Suite or fully independent living space.
