With over three decades of experience in hospitality — from boutique hotel launches such as the highly successful Pilgrm Hotel in West London, to scaling serviced apartment platforms including the five-star Grosvenor House Apartments on Park Lane— I’ve seen where businesses succeed, where they stall, and what it really takes to deliver performance across markets. That perspective is core to how we approach our service partnerships today.

Our clients don’t need theory — they need traction. Whether we're repositioning an underperforming asset, building a brand from the ground up, or refining guest experience at scale, we work with owners and operators to bring commercial clarity and practical execution to every stage of the project.

Thorne&Co isn’t just a creative-centred consultancy — it’s a studio grounded in delivery. My background, spanning brands like InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, MyHotels, The Ascott Limited and The Zetter Group, gives us the operational credibility to sit across the table from investors, developers, and on-the-ground teams alike.

Based between the UK and Italy, we also advise on regional growth opportunities and concept viability, especially where lifestyle hospitality meets heritage and destination.
